By using our service, you grant Sociosight the right to process your content as necessary to provide our services, but your ownership rights are fully protected.

Granting permission to Sociosight is crucial for unlocking its full potential when connecting it to your social media profiles. It enables seamless integration, empowering Sociosight to gather valuable insights, manage your profiles effectively, and make tailored adjustments to each platform's requirements. Rest assured that Sociosight prioritizes data privacy and security.

To sign up as a beta user, simply visit https://app.sociosight.co and click the 'Sign Up' button.

You can register either by using your email address and creating a password or by signing in with your Google account.

Regardless of the method chosen, please make sure to
check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions for Beta Users, and the Privacy Policy.

After signing up with email, activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email inbox from Sociosight. If you sign up using your Google account, your Sociosight account will be automatically activated. 

To keep your beta account active, log in to the Sociosight App at least once every 60 days, submit a survey through the "Fill Our Survey" menu within the app before the end of the 60 days, and review us on Product Hunt within 14 days after we send you the email with the link. Additionally, please participate in at least one online focus group discussion within 12 months of joining as a beta user to help us explore ways Sociosight can enhance social media strategies for businesses.

Yes, as long as your account remains active, you will receive all the standard features, including those advanced features listed in the Beta User Plan.

You can publish and schedule unlimited monthly posts to your social media profiles via Sociosight.

Every time you schedule a post for a social media profile or account, it will take up 1 schedule from your quota.

Once your scheduled post has been posted, the reserved quota will become available.

For example, you will spend three schedule quotas when selecting a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business Account, and a Twitter account to publish a scheduled post.

You can link or bind up to 15 social profiles to the Sociosight App.

For example, you can bind 15 Facebook page profiles.

Alternatively, you can connect Sociosight to 5 Facebook Pages, 5 Instagram business profiles, and 5 Pinterest profiles.

Other alternatives, you can connect 3 Facebook pages, 3 Facebook groups, 3 Instagram business profiles,  2 LinkedIn pages, 2 Pinterest profiles, 2 TikTok accounts, and 1 YouTube channel. Or, you can bind any other combination according to your preference.

Either you forgot your password or haven't logged into the Sociosight App in 60 consecutive days.

No, once your beta account has been deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. However, you can email us at hello@sociosight.co to request that your former beta account be activated as a free account. Please note that the features available will be limited to those of the free plan, not the beta features.

You simply click "forgot password" on the login dashboard of the Sociosight App.
