These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and PT. BENIH TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL, doing business as Sociosight (“Sociosight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://sociosight.co and https://app.sociosight.co website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
We offer a software application as a service (the “Service”) that helps individual or businesses (collectively “Customer(s)) to manage their social media profiles of Supported Network(s) on one place, the Sociosight app at https://app.sociosight.co)and its mobile application wherever applicable.
We are registered in Indonesia and have our registered office at Jl. Tekno Widya BSD Sektor XI Ruko Boulevard Tekno Blok D No. 01 LT. 02 Setu, Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten 15314.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms of service or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our Site so that you understand which Terms apply. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
Wherever used in these Terms of Service, “you”, “your”, “Customer”, or similar terms mean the person or legal entity who access or use the Site. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization or a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind to that company or other legal entity to these Terms of Service.
“Account” shall refer to an account with Sociosight to use the Service. You need to create an account at (https://app.sociosight.co) to use the Service.
“Authorized User” shall refer to individuals who are accessing the Service through the online registration process, or individuals that you invite and authorize to use the Service.
“Customer Content” shall refer to all information and data such as text, images, photos, videos, audio, documents, or any other content in any media and format provided by the Authorized Users to Sociosight in relation to the use of the Service.
“Mentions” shall refer to any information, including posts, links, excerpts, and data that are available for public and retrieved by Sociosight on your behalf from the Supported Networks.
“Data” shall refer to content, information, data, and confidential information relating to your businesses, which some of them may not be available for public, including but not limited to technical and commercial information related to your business, system, software, processes, and services.
“Supported Network(s)” shall refer to the social networking site(s) that are supported by the Service that includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social networks as described on the Site.
“Third Party/ies” shall refer to any persons, legal or natural, which are neither you nor Sociosight;
“Plan” shall refer to one of different pricing package that you can subscribe to use the Service. You may subscribe it on monthly or annually bases as further described on the Site.
“Subscription Term” shall refer to the period of time you subscribe to the Plan to use the Service.
“Trial Period” shall refer to free access provided to you by Sociosight to use the Service for a limited period of time, which access may be revoked by Sociosight at any time without need of any prior notice.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Indonesia Republic.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Service, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
You need to create an Account to use the Service by completing a registration form with all required information. By creating account with us you are bound to this Terms of Services and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or inactive for 90 executive days.
We reserve the right to access your Account and the information provided but only for the purpose of support, maintenance, servicing, any security-related, technical or billing reasons. We will not share your information to any third-party.
The Service allows you or Authorized Users to upload, post, publish, store, link to, and share the Customer Content. You agree to be fully responsible for the Customer Content and agree that Sociosight is only acting as an online conduit channel to distribute the Customer Content to the Supported Network(s) and to display the online Mentions.
We will not review, share, distribute, change, or reference any Customer Content or Mentions except as provided herein as per Sociosight’s Privacy Policy, or as may be required by Indonesia Law. Nevertheless, we have rights to remove any uploaded Customer Content that violate of this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By uploading, posting, or submit the Customer Content to the Service or using the Service to publish it the Supported Network, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You keep any and all of your rights to any Customer Content you submit, post, upload, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Users retain ownership of all content they post through Sociosight. Sociosight respects your intellectual property rights and does not access, edit, or claim ownership of your posts. In compliance with the terms of all authorized social media platforms, your content remains solely your property. By using our service, you grant Sociosight the right to process your content as necessary to provide our services, but your ownership rights are fully protected.
We offer several different Subscription Plans (“Subscription”) to use the Service. You need to select the Free Plan or one of the Paid Plans during your Account registration. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Subscription at any time during your Subscription Term.
The Free Plan is the Plan you may select without the need to pay for using the Service. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms of the Free Plan, or (ii) cancel such Free Plan offer.
The Paid Plan is the Plan you may select with the need to pay in advance for using the Service. You may pay it using your credit card or bank transfer through our payment gateway, Midtrans.com (Please review Midtrans’ privacy policy and terms of service before proceeding to your payment process).
We will bill you in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”) that are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the Plan you select. Your Subscription will be renewed automatically once you have paid the bill. Please contact our Customer Support in case your subscription has not been renewed in 24 hours after your payment.
We, at any time, may modify the Paid Plan including its Subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of your current Billing Cycle.
Also, if you select one of the Paid Plans you may enjoy a Trial Period. At the end of the Trial Period, your Plan will be downgraded automatically to the Free Plan unless you submit the payment for using the Paid Plan.
Apart from using the Service, we may invite you to chat, participate in blogs, and message boards through our site at https://sociosight.co. We may provide you with the opportunity to create and submit posts and/or comments to the Site (referred as “Contribution”).
You Agree that your Contribution may be available for public and we do not responsible for the content of your Contribution, but we do have rights to remove your content in case it violates the Term of Service or any applicable laws.
Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Service and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

You shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Sociosight and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders and Affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third-party claim, which arise out of or relate to your act or omission when using the Service.
