1. Eligibility and Registration:

To participate as a Beta User, you must sign up on the Sociosight platform and agree to these Terms along with the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Sociosight. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.

2. Beta User Engagement:

As a Beta User, you are expected to actively use the Sociosight App by logging in at least once every 60 days, submitting a survey through the “Fill Our Survey” menu within the App before the end of the 60 days, and participating in at least one online focus group discussion within 12 months of joining. You must also review Sociosight on Product Hunt within 14 days after receiving the email link from us.

3. Beta User Benefits:

During the beta phase, you will have access to all current and upcoming standard features listed under the Beta User Plan, which includes:

• Manage Multiple Brands: Handle various brands under a single account.
• Social Media Profiles: Connect up to 15 social media profiles across multiple platforms. 
• Social Media Channels: Utilize up to 6 different social media channels. 
• Unlimited Scheduled Posts: Plan and schedule an unlimited number of posts. 
• YouTube Video Publishing: Publish up to 5 YouTube videos per day. 
• Engagement Tools: Access features to enhance user engagement. 
• Hashtag Suggestions: Receive recommendations for effective hashtags. 
• Post History: View and manage the history of your posts. 
• Calendar: Organize and track your posts. 
• AI Writing Assistance: Leverage AI technology for content creation. 
• Standard Reporting: Access basic reporting tools for performance insights.
• Competitor Analytic Reporting: Gain insights into competitors’ performance. 

4. Usage Rights and Limitations:

As a Beta User, you are granted access to the features outlined in the Plan for Beta Users for testing and feedback purposes. You agree to use these features under the guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions. It is expected that you will actively participate by providing feedback on performance and any issues encountered.

5. Account Activity and Access Continuation:

To maintain active status and continued access to the Beta features, you must log into the Sociosight App at least once every 60 days, submit a survey through the “Fill Our Survey” menu within the App before the end of the first 60-day period, and review Sociosight on Product Hunt within 14 days after receiving the email link from us. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the deactivation of your Beta account, after which it cannot be reactivated under the Beta terms but may be converted to a free account with limited features.

6. Data Privacy and Security:

Sociosight adheres to strict data privacy and security policies. Your use of the Sociosight App, including any data you provide or generate, will be handled following Sociosight’s Privacy Policy.

7. Content and Conduct:

You are responsible for all content you upload or actions you take within the Sociosight platform. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and respect intellectual property rights. Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others is strictly prohibited.

8. Feedback and Improvements:

Beta Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the functionality and features of the Sociosight App. Sociosight reserves the right to use this feedback without restriction to improve its services.

9. Intellectual Property:

Sociosight Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Indonesia Republic.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Service, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

User Post Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of all content they post through Sociosight. Sociosight respects your intellectual property rights and does not access, edit, or claim ownership of your posts. In compliance with the terms of all authorized social media platforms, your content remains solely your property. By using our service, you grant Sociosight the right to process your content as necessary to provide our services, but your ownership rights are fully protected.

10. Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during your participation as a Beta User. You will not disclose any such information without the prior written consent of Sociosight.

12. Compliance with Laws:

You agree to use the Sociosight App in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Beta version of the Sociosight App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sociosight disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability:

Sociosight will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Beta App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

15. Modifications to Terms:

Sociosight reserves the right to modify these Beta User Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Sociosight platform or via email, and your continued participation in the Beta Program will constitute your acceptance of these changes.

16. Termination and Suspension:

Sociosight reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Beta User account at its sole discretion without prior notice if you fail to comply with these Terms or for any other reason that Sociosight deems appropriate.

17. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sociosight from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Beta App or your breach of these Terms.

18. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sociosight is based, which is in Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
