Sociosight.Co Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan Terms of Service

Welcome to Sociosight.Co. By purchasing a Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Sociosight.Co under the Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the General Terms and Conditions available at Sociosight General Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy available at Sociosight Privacy Policy. Please review these documents for a comprehensive understanding of your obligations and rights.

2. Description of Services

Sociosight.Co offers a comprehensive suite of tools and analytics for managing and optimizing your social media presence. The Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan provides lifetime access to these services upon a one-time payment.

3. Lifetime Access

3.1 Duration: By purchasing the Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan, you will have access to Sociosight.Co’s services for the lifetime of the app at https://app.sociosight.co. In the event that Sociosight.Co is acquired by another entity, the acquiring entity will assume all obligations under this agreement, including the continuation of lifetime access as outlined. Should the acquiring entity be unable to provide the same services, affected users will be offered an equivalent service offering or access to a comparable product or service within the acquiring entity’s portfolio, subject to the terms of the acquisition agreement.

3.2 One-Time Payment: Access is granted upon a one-time, non-refundable payment made in advance.

3.3 Updates and Changes: Sociosight.Co reserves the right to make updates, enhancements, or modifications to the services. Access to new features and updates under Regular Standard Plan is included in your lifetime subscription.

4. Features of the Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan

4.1 Manage Multiple Brands

Currently, you can manage multiple brands by connecting each brand’s social profiles directly to Sociosight. For example, if you’re managing five different brands on Facebook, you can connect the Facebook Pages for each of those brands to your Sociosight account:

We are actively working on a new workspace feature that will allow you to categorize social profiles from different channels under specific brands, making it easier to manage them all in one place.

However, until that feature is released, you can continue managing different brands by connecting their social profiles directly, without categorization. When publishing content, simply select the appropriate social profile(s) for the brand you’re working on, then proceed with writing your caption and uploading the media.

Since the workspace feature is still under development, we recommend double-checking that you’ve selected the correct social profiles before publishing or scheduling content to ensure that you’re posting to the intended brand.

4.2 Social Media Profiles

You can connect up to 15 social media profiles across multiple platforms. This means you have the flexibility to connect 15 profiles from a single platform, such as 15 Facebook Pages, 15 Instagram Business accounts, or 15 Pinterest profiles. Alternatively, you can connect a combination of profiles from different platforms to suit your needs. For example, you could connect 2 Facebook Pages, 5 Instagram Business accounts, 2 LinkedIn Personal profiles, and 3 LinkedIn Company pages, all within the 15-profile limit.

4.3 Social Media Channels

Utilize various social media channels that we support. Whether you’re active on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other platforms, this feature gives you the power to diversify and expand your reach without the hassle of switching between multiple tools. Currently, we support the following channels: Facebook Page, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. We are actively working on adding more channels to further enhance your social media management experience.

4.4 Unlimited Scheduled Posts

Plan and schedule an unlimited number of posts. This feature empowers you to maintain a continuous online presence by pre-scheduling content, ensuring your audience stays engaged even during off-hours or holidays.

4.5 YouTube Video Publishing

Publish up to 5 YouTube videos per day directly through the Sociosight App. This capability allows you to maintain an active YouTube channel with regular content updates, increasing your chances of reaching a broader audience and improving video SEO.

4.7 Engagement Tools

Enhance user engagement with features like Reply Comments and Repost Feed Posts. You can easily manage interactions on your Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account by replying to comments and reposting feed posts. We’re actively working on expanding support for more social media channels, allowing you to engage with your audience across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. Stay tuned for notifications about upcoming features!

4.8 Post History

View and manage the history of all your posts. This feature allows you to keep track of your past content, analyze what has worked well, and make informed decisions for future posts.

4.9 Calendar

Organize and track your posts with a built-in calendar. This tool helps you plan your content strategy visually, ensuring that you maintain a consistent posting schedule and never miss an important date or event.

4.10 $5 USD Credit for AI Writing Assistance

Leverage AI technology for content creation with a $5 USD credit. This feature provides you with an initial boost to explore how AI can help generate creative and compelling content for your social media platforms.

4.11 Standard Reporting

Access basic reporting tools to gain insights into your performance. Currently, this includes standard reporting for Instagram Business and Facebook, with more channels being added soon. Stay tuned for updates that will expand your reporting capabilities.

4.12 Competitor Analytic Reporting

Gain insights into competitors’ performance with our Competitor Analytic Reporting. Currently available for Instagram, this feature helps you understand how your competitors are performing and identify opportunities to refine your strategy. Additional channels will be supported soon.

4.7 Coming Soon: Hashtag Suggestions

Receive recommendations for effective hashtags tailored to your content. This feature is currently under development and will soon be available to help you maximize your reach and engagement by using the most relevant hashtags for your posts. Stay tuned for updates on its release!

4.13 Coming Soon: 1 GB Media Library

A dedicated 1 GB media library will soon be available, allowing you to store and manage your media assets directly within the Sociosight App. This will streamline your content creation process by keeping all your images, videos, and other media organized and easily accessible.

4.14 Coming Soon: 2 Users with Approval Workflow

Soon, you’ll be able to add up to 2 users to your account with an approval workflow feature. This will facilitate collaboration by allowing team members to work together on content creation while ensuring that all posts go through an approval process before being published.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 Compliance: You agree to use Sociosight.Co’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Restrictions

6.1 Prohibited Uses: You may not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Sociosight.Co or its users.

6.2 Transferability: The Standard Lifetime Subscription Plan is non-transferable and may not be assigned to any other individual or entity.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

7.2 Termination by Sociosight.Co: Sociosight.Co reserves the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that is harmful to the app or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sociosight.Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Sociosight Property Rights: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Service, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content, and the Marks.

9.2 User Post Intellectual Property Rights: Users retain ownership of all content they post through Sociosight. Sociosight respects your intellectual property rights and does not access, edit, or claim ownership of your posts. In compliance with the terms of all authorized social media platforms, your content remains solely your property. By using our service, you grant Sociosight the right to process your content as necessary to provide our services, but your ownership rights are fully protected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sociosight.Co and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

11.1 Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary for providing our services, including but not limited to account information, usage data, and communication history.

11.2 Data Use: The collected data will be used to improve our services, provide customer support, and send important updates.

11.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

11.4 User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data stored by Sociosight.Co. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

12. Service Availability and Maintenance

12.1 Service Availability: Sociosight.Co strives to ensure that the services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime.

12.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency maintenance without prior notice to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Initial Resolution: If you have any disputes with Sociosight.Co, you agree to first contact us to resolve the issue informally.

13.2 Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Association.

13.3 Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes with Sociosight.Co on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Feedback and Suggestions

14.1 User Feedback: We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve our services. By submitting feedback, you grant Sociosight.Co the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sociosight.Co regarding your use of the services.

15.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party at any time without notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

Sociosight.Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
