You can link or bind up to 15 social profiles to the Sociosight App.

For example, you can bind 15 Facebook page profiles.

Alternatively, you can connect Sociosight to 5 Facebook Pages, 5 Instagram business profiles, and 5 Pinterest profiles.

Other alternatives, you can connect 3 Facebook pages, 3 Facebook groups, 3 Instagram business profiles, 2 LinkedIn pages, 2 Pinterest profiles, 2 TikTok accounts, and 1 YouTube channel. Or, you can bind any other combination according to your preference.

You can publish and schedule unlimited monthly posts to your social media profiles via Sociosight. However, except for YouTube, you can publish a maximum of 5 videos per day.

Every time you schedule a post for a social media profile or account, it will take up 1 schedule from your quota. Once your scheduled post has been posted, the reserved quota will become available again.

For example, you will use three schedule quotas when selecting a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business Account, and a Twitter account to publish a scheduled post on these platforms.

You can purchase additional AI credits directly on Sociosight. Please note that AI credits have an expiration date, so it's important to buy credits as needed. Sociosight will notify you of the expiration date, which you can see on the right side of your AI credit balance. Additionally, please be aware that AI credits cannot be refunded for money if they are not used.

Absolutely. We utilize trusted third-party payment gateways, namely PayPal and Midtrans, to handle all payment transactions. You can have peace of mind when subscribing to one of our paid plans, knowing that your payments are processed securely through these platforms. We do not store your credit card number, as all payments are handled by reputable payment gateways, not by Sociosight.

We are currently developing features for our Professional and Premium plans. As a lifetime subscriber of the Standard Account, you will receive a special offer to purchase lifetime access to the Professional or Premium plans once they are launched. You will only need to pay the price difference between the Standard and the higher plan. This offer will be available for a limited time. If you do not take advantage of the offer within this period, you can still subscribe to the higher plan at the regular monthly or annual rate, but you will not be able to pay just the price difference.
