Accessing the Ideation Board #

To access the Ideation Board, follow these steps:
- Click on AI Menu in the sidebar.
- Select Content Generation from the dropdown.
- This will open the Ideation Board, where you can start adding and managing your content ideas.
All new ideas will appear under the Unassigned Board until you start working on them. You can then move ideas to different lists based on their status, such as In Progress or Done.
Features of the Ideation Board #
The Ideation Board comes with several powerful features to help manage your content creation workflow:
- Drag-and-Drop Functionality: Easily move ideas between different lists as you progress.
- Customizable Lists: While the Unassigned Board remains fixed, you can rename other lists or add new ones based on your workflow needs.

Creating a New Idea Manually #
If you prefer to add content ideas manually, follow these steps:

- Click on the New Idea button.
- Upload an image in the Media Section (optional).
- Write a Visualization Description and a Caption in the Text Section.
- Click the Save button.

- Your idea will now appear under the Unassigned Board.
- Click the Pencil Icon to edit or the Trash Icon to delete the idea.
Organizing Your Ideas Effectively #
Once your ideas are saved in the Unassigned Board, you can drag and drop them into different lists based on their progress. This helps you manage content planning efficiently.
Types of Lists You Can Use:
- Unassigned Board: This is where all new ideas start. (This name cannot be changed.)
