- Choose Your Platforms: Select the perfect platforms for your message by clicking on the “dropdown list” box. Whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Pinterest, Sociosight has got you covered.
- Craft Your Content: Let your creativity flow! Write captivating text in the easy-to-use dashboard. Don’t worry, you can customize the text for each selected social media profile later.
- Express with Emojis: Add an extra touch of personality to your post by effortlessly including emojis. Just a few clicks, and your message will be even more engaging.
- Next, let’s add some visual magic to your post. Sociosight allows you to upload up to 10 images, videos, or a combination of both in the basic dashboard. Keep in mind that the number of media items displayed on each social media platform may vary. To customize your post for each platform, Sociosight provides an adjustment dashboard on the right side of the basic dashboard. For example, if you upload 10 media items, Sociosight will automatically choose the top one to be displayed on platforms like LinkedIn. This ensures your content looks its best on every channel.
- The following is an example of the media displayed in the basic dashboard.
- Need to remove a specific image or video from your upload? No worries! Simply click on the (x) icon next to the image to delete it. You have the flexibility to remove one or multiple images as needed.
- If you haven’t reached the maximum limit of 10 media items, you’ll notice a (+) icon on the right side. This means you can continue uploading more media by clicking on that icon. Just remember to check the specific limits set for each social media profile.
- Want to change the order of your media? It’s easy! Click on the (^) icon to move a media item to the top, shifting it to the left in your social media post. To move a media item to the bottom, shifting it to the right in your social media post, click on the (v) icon.
- You can also customize the size of your media by clicking on the pencil icon, as shown in the example below. Once you’ve made the desired adjustments, click the “Save” button to apply them.
Customizing Before Publishing or Scheduling the Post
- Before publishing or scheduling your post, take the time to customize it according to the requirements of each social media platform. You can do so on the Post Preview dashboard or panel, located on the right side of the basic dashboard.
- To ensure your post meets the guidelines, it’s helpful to review a few key writing requirements for each social media profile. You can access these guidelines by clicking on the (i) icon next to the social media account name on the Post Preview dashboard.

- To customize your posts for each social media profile, click on the “Edit” button located on the right side of the social media account name in the Post Preview dashboard.
- Upon clicking the “Edit” button, you will see a message similar to the one below, asking if you are sure about customizing your post. When you customize a post within the associated social media profile dashboard, it will no longer be connected to the basic dashboard (left side). Therefore, any changes you make in the basic dashboard will only apply to posts that have not been customized within their respective social media profiles. Click “Ok” to proceed with the customization process.
- While customizing posts for Facebook Page or Group, you have the option to include links or URLs by embedding them in the URL box.

- When customizing your Pinterest posts, you will need to select one of the boards you have previously set up in your Pinterest account. Choose the appropriate board that best fits the content of your post.
- Next, add a compelling title for your Pinterest post in the “Title” box. Craft a descriptive and attention-grabbing title that will entice users to click and engage with your Pin.
- In the “URL” box, you have the option to add a link or URL relevant to your Pinterest post. This can direct users to a specific landing page, website, or blog post associated with your Pin.
- After making the necessary customizations for each social media profile, click the “Save” button to preserve your changes. This ensures that your tailored posts are saved and ready to be published or scheduled according to your desired timeline.
Publishing and Scheduling Post With Sociosight, a Most Simple Social Media Scheduling Tools.
- Once you have finished customizing your posts for each social media profile, you have two options to proceed. If you want to publish your posts immediately, click the “Publish Now” button.
- If you prefer to schedule your posts for a specific time in the future, click the “Schedule” button.
- Click on the “Date” box to choose the date when you want your post to be published. Select the desired date from the calendar.
- Next, click on the “Time” box to set the exact time for your post to be published on the previously selected date.
- Click on the “Time Zone” box to set the time zone for your post. By default, the time zone will align with your profile’s time zone settings. However, you can customize the time zone for each post. This allows you to target audiences in different time zones, extending your reach beyond your current location.
- Once you have set the date, time, and time zone, click the “Schedule Now” button to finalize the scheduling process. Sociosight will automatically publish your post according to the scheduled date and time.
Viewing the Post List
- Next, you can view the list of your published and scheduled posts in the “History” menu.
- Click on the “Schedule Timeline” Tab – to see the list of your scheduled posts. This tab provides an overview of the posts that are set to be published at specific dates and times.
- Navigate to the “Failed Schedule Timeline” tab to view the list of scheduled posts that failed to be published due to server issues on Sociosight’s end. You have the option to publish them again instantly or reschedule them by clicking the “duplicate” button located on the right side of each failed post.
- Access the “Published Post Timeline” tab to see the list of posts that have been successfully published on each selected social media profile.
- Visit the “Failed Post Timeline” tab to view the list of posts that failed to be published due to issues on the respective social media profiles. For example, a post may fail to publish if the uploaded image or video format does not comply with the specific guidelines of the targeted social media profile. You can attempt to publish them again by clicking the “duplicate” button and adjusting the post to meet the requirements of the social media profile.
- “Scheduled YouTube Timeline” and “Published YouTube Timeline” Tabs are specifically dedicated to displaying the list of posts for your YouTube profile. The “Scheduled YouTube Timeline” tab shows the scheduled posts, while the “Published YouTube Timeline” tab displays the posts that have been successfully published on YouTube.
